Solution

Brand vision and position is the primary mission of brand management which can be even the foundation of brand building. Upon the basis of market position and product position, we utilizes culture niche and diversification as the brand position to establish the brand image which relates to target market that can gain the identification of target consumers. The ultimate goal of positioning is to accomplish product sales, and the brand is the base of information communication; brand is still regarded as the major factor of purchasing behavior and then the brand position can be the core of market position.

 

Based upon brand position and vision as the theme of development, we build brand communication strategy and identity to strengthen the consistency of outbound communication; meanwhile, brand is considered as inbound transmission by means of inner communication and training that assists employee to realize brand position and vision and inbound and outbound transmission, which would create both brand recognition and value identity that customers can obtain such perfect brand experience. Of course, the ultimate goal is to accomplish product sales and raise the profit.
